Insights and recommendations are provided “as-is” for informational purposes. RetailPilot does not guarantee profits, revenue, or business outcomes. Your results depend on multiple external factors.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if the Service is misused, violates platform policies, or for security reasons.
